The Role
CAA is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Human Resources Data Analyst to join its Corporate Human Resources People Analytics team. You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining employee data in our HR systems and researching data integrity issues. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about HR metrics, workforce analytics, and turning data into actionable insights. The role focuses on maintaining HR data integrity, generating reports, and supporting strategic HR initiatives through analysis.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to collect required information for employee transactions (position changes, promotions, transfers, etc.) and ensure accurate and timely data entry into Workday.
  • Manage and optimize data within the Workday HCM system, including running queries, troubleshooting data issues, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests from HR leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HR data analysis, people analytics, HRIS support, or a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge data entry processes
  • General knowledge of Human Resources principles and best practices
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills

Location
This role is hybrid, based out of the Los Angeles office.
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $29.00 - $35.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
