Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer patrolling a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In our agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will put people first, support daily operations through teamwork, and act with integrity while making a meaningful impact each shift.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at a financial services location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unwanted activity.
  • Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials when required, and reporting unauthorized persons and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Document incidents, patrol activity, and daily observations in written reports, and assist with emergency response procedures in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
