Position Summary
 
As an Assembler on Tovala's food production team, you will be involved in our food preparation and packing operations. This includes portioning and packaging our food products. Additionally, you will prepare our packaging inventory and perform duties on our packing line to assemble our meals for shipping to customers. The work is performed in a cold production facility (39 degrees F) and requires standing 8+ hours daily.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday starting at 6:00 
How you'll spend your time at Tovala
  • Portioning veggies, grains, spices, and sauces, into small plastic bags of corresponding containers
  • Inspecting food products for quality
  • Making small cardboard boxes
  • Packing products into boxesInsulating shipping boxes
  • Labeling finished products for shipping
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Working with the team to meet daily production goals
 
Physical Demands
  • Standing and/or walking up to 8+ hours per day in a cold environment (39 degrees F)
