Wilhelm und Werner Brasserie, the five-star restaurant inside The Faust Hotel, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dishwasher / Steward to support our culinary team. In a luxury dining environment, cleanliness, organization, and efficiency are essential to excellence.
This role is vital to maintaining the pristine standards our guests expect and deserve. The Steward ensures that all kitchen equipment, cookware, dishware, and service items are cleaned and maintained to the highest sanitation standards and overall organization of plateware, and kitchen cookware. This position supports smooth kitchen operations and contributes directly to the success of service. The Steward position is the key role in operating a well functioning operation. This is an ideal position for an individual looking to start a career in the service industry. Professionalism, urgency, and pride in one's work are key.
Compensation: $14.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen spaces
