Job description

School Nutrition Worker
Working under the direction of the school principal or administrator, Food Service personnel play an integral role in preparing and delivering meals to students in a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties assigned by the head cook/school administration in the selection, preparation, and serving of food.
  • Maintain a clean and safe food service environment; perform sanitation duties to ensure that all equipment is thoroughly cleaned according to state regulations.
  • Ensure that all food is properly stored or disposed of.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the school administration or ESS.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of GED or High School Diploma preferred
  • Criminal Background Check
