Cedar Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is searching for a Full- Time Food Service Manager who can work from 11am-7pm and alternate weekends as needed to be part of our dynamic team. Able to cover the Director of Food Services during PTO.

We have Weekly Pay, and generous PTO and Health Benefits!

Job Summary:

  • CDM Certified

  • Supervision of staff to assure compliance with Federal, State and Sanitary Regulations.

  • Assure food and supplies are purchased according to planned menu cycles.

  • Assure proper maintenance of equipment.

  • Supervise staff to assure food is stored, prepared, distributed and serviced under sanitary conditions.

  • Prepare and put out staff daily assignment sheets.

  • Assist with meal tickets.

  • Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

  • Cooking experience preferred.
