We seek a highly organized, flexible, and energetic Housekeeping and Food Services Manager to supervise the EVS and Food Service staff for a hospital in Farmington, NM.
This working manager position will oversee the hospital's housekeeping and food service activities according to CMS standards. The qualified candidate will maintain the highest possible standards of service, cleanliness, good public relations, and excellent customer service. Three years of supervisory experience in the food service or environmental services/housekeeping industry is preferred. Prior experience in a hospital setting is also preferred.
Requirements
The Manager of Environmental and Food Services oversees the housekeeping and food service activities at the hospital, according to standards assigned by the company and client. The qualified candidate will maintain the highest possible standards of service, cleanliness, good public relationships and excellent customer service. The qualified candidate will supervise a small staff, as well as perform daily tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
  • Knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook
