Job Summary

Join our team as a Server and help create meaningful dining experiences for our hospital patients. In this role, you’ll provide friendly, attentive service during meals, support a clean and welcoming dining environment, and build positive connections with patients through respectful and compassionate interactions.

  • Be the smiling face that ensures every interaction is a personalized, delightful encounter.
  • Serve meals accurately and efficiently, ensuring resident satisfaction and maintaining our high standards.
  • Transform dining areas into havens of warmth and comfort.
  • Meticulously clean and prepare dining spaces, setting the stage for unforgettable experiences.
  • Contribute to a well-oiled machine through tasks like clean-ups and inventory management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas after, during, and after service.
  • Assist with table setup, bussing, and resetting for next meal periods.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
  • Respond to patient needs and requests with empathy and care.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Previous food service or hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Experience with one-on-one customer service interaction
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • A respectful and compassionate attitude toward others
  • A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
  • ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card 
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
