Key Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Manager, Food Safety (Poultry):

Lead FSQA programs and supplier food safety compliance initiatives within the poultry category
Review supplier audits, regulatory inspections, and corrective action plans to assess and mitigate risk
Conduct supplier audits, product evaluations, and sampling activities to verify compliance and quality standards
Develop and maintain product specifications, quality requirements, and food safety documentation
Support commercialization efforts for new and existing poultry products
Investigate food safety incidents and serve as the primary FSQA liaison across internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications for the Quality Assurance Manager, Food Safety (Poultry):

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
