Cooks produce prepared foods in accordance with PCC recipes for the deli case, hot bar, soup bar and other deli stations. They provide excellent, professional customer service.

  • 2+ years previous production cooking experience preferred
  • Able to work in a fast pace kitchen environment
  • Familiarity with specialty and prepared foods
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion and lifting 10-40lbs regularly
  • A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Additional $1.50/hour Night Differential when applicable.
