Job description

Job Description:
The Purchasing Coordinator supports item and vendor setup for menu changes, LTOs, and new stores/centers, along with ongoing item maintenance. The primary responsibility of this role is to support stores with any food/beverage product issues, including late or missed deliveries, shortages, out-of-stocks, credits, substitutions, and delivery concerns. This role works closely with stores, distribution partners, vendors, and internal teams to provide timely communication and resolution while maintaining a customer-first mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support store locations by investigating and resolving delivery-related issues, including shortages, damages, late deliveries, credits, and other service concerns.
  • Complete recurring invoicing, reporting, and administrative responsibilities accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Partner with the CrunchTime team to ensure accurate vendor bid and sourcing information is maintained within the system.
  • Process DC and APN transitions, including system updates, documentation and follow-up.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly fill-rate and operational reporting, identifying key risks and areas requiring follow-up.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Supply Chain Manager and vendors to maintain company fill-rate goals, help identify sourcing challenges, and develop solutions to support product availability.

Requirements:
  • Two or more years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally and with third parties to gather and deliver the information needed to complete assigned tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Customer-first mentality with a strong focus on supporting store needs.
