Job description

FOOD PRODUCTION FLOATER | $18/HR | DAY/NIGHT SHIFT | TUALATIN, OR

Local food production facility is hiring production floaters to join their team! This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment. Ideal for someone with food production or warehouse experience who’s reliable and ready for consistent hours. Mandatory overtime — great opportunity to earn extra. Project-based role with potential for long-term hire. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist with food production including mixing, baking, and packaging
  • Operate and monitor equipment such as ovens, mixers, and conveyors
  • Float between departments based on production needs
  • Help maintain production flow to meet daily goals
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform basic quality checks on products
  • Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
  • Work with team and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly


Schedule Details:

  • Sunday – Friday 11am - 11pm or 11pm - 11am
  • Mandatory overtime required


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous food production or warehouse experience preferred
  • Must be reliable and show up on time
  • Able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime
  • Must be able to stand and move around for the full shift
  • Able to lift 40–50 lbs consistently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Working in a hot environment, must be ok to work in warm temperatures around ovens
  • Must follow food safety and cleanliness standards
  • No jewelry allowed on site
  • Closed-toe shoes required
