Salary: $15.50- $18.95
SUMMARY
Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for merchandising frozen food products to include stocking, pricing, signing and inventory maintenance. May assist in bagging customer grocery orders. Ensures that the aisles of the frozen food area are kept neat and clean. Responsible for meeting customer needs through providing well stocked and accurately priced merchandise to promote an optimal opportunity for sales Maintains a high level of customer courtesy and service at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently work within provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times. Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request. Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times. Responsible for performing merchandising functions within the frozen foods area to include stocking, pricing, signing and ordering inventory maintenance. Return excess merchandise to back room area per company guidelines. Unload frozen food merchandise trucks. Maintain all damage and reclaims per company guidelines. Â Responsible for assisting frontend operation to include retrieving shopping carts, bagging groceries and assisting customers to their cars. Adhere to all corporate and state regulations pertaining to sanitation, safety and pricing. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Â Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
