This growing food manufacturer specializes in producing high-quality, handcrafted frozen food products inspired by authentic Indian recipes. Operating out of a commercial production facility, they prepare, cook, assemble, package, and distribute products to retail stores, food service partners, and customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
 
As a Production Associate, you'll support all aspects of food manufacturing, including ingredient preparation, production, packaging, sanitation, and inventory management. You'll play an important role in helping produce high-quality food products in a safe, clean, and efficient GMP-regulated environment while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Production Associate Duties:
  • Prepare and process ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, mixing, and blending according to recipes and production schedules. 
  • Assist with the production, assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished food products. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment by performing routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas. 
  • Stock, organize, and rotate ingredients and materials, including working in refrigerated and freezer storage areas. 
  • Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and safety standards while supporting daily production goals. 
 
Schedule:
  1. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM 
 
Pay:
  • $21-22 per hour DOE
 
Production Associate Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in large scale food production or food manufacturing 
  • Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and HACCP practices. 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes, production procedures, and quality standards consistently. 
  • Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
