Position Title:ย Product Developmentย Associateย 

Position Overview:ย 

In this role,ย theย Productย Developmentย Associateย will haveย a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the growing dietary supplement industry while supporting key aspects of product development and production.ย Thisย entry-level role blends project coordination and hands-on technical work, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the development and production of high-quality dietary supplements. You will be involved in product formulation, customer communication, and ensuring projects meet keyย milestonesย from development through production.ย ย ย 

Objectives &ย Responsibilities:ย 

  • Work closely with internal teams (R&D, production, quality assurance) and external customers to support project timelines, goals, and customer needs.ย ย 
  • Product Development Support:ย Assistย in benchtop experiments, helping to generate samples and formulate new dietary supplements.ย ย 
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic laboratory environment to promote safe and effective research and development.ย ย 
  • Assistย in the formulation of dietary supplements, such as capsules and powders, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry standards.ย ย 
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing updates on the progress of projects and handling inquiries throughout the development and production.ย ย 
  • Helpย identifyย opportunities for product and process improvements that enhance product quality whileย optimizingย cost efficiency.ย ย 
  • Follow all safety protocols and industry guidelines in the development and production process.ย ย 
  • Follow all company safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safe work practices.ย ย 
  • Assistย with technical support during production, ensuring processes areย followedย and standards are met.ย ย 
  • Participateย in cross-training and support team development efforts to improve overall department function.ย ย 
  • Assistย with documentation related to product formulations, experiments, and production processes.ย ย 
  • Ensure products meet required quality standards byย assistingย with quality control processes and testing.ย ย 

Skills &ย Qualifications:ย 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelorโ€™s degree in food science, nutrition, biology, or a related field preferred.ย ย
