About the Role:

The Dietary Production Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the preparation and production of nutritious meals at Bibb Medical Center. This position ensures that all dietary guidelines and safety standards are strictly followed to meet the unique nutritional needs of patients, residents, patients, and customers. The Production Supervisor manages kitchen staff, coordinates meal production schedules, and maintains inventory to guarantee timely and efficient food service operations. Ultimately, this role is essential in delivering high-quality, safe, and appealing meals that support patient recovery and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food production or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines applicable to healthcare environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret dietary orders and recipes accurately.
