We are currently hiring Production Workers to support operations at our Seattle-based processing facility. In this role, you will help produce and package high-quality seafood and food products while following established safety and sanitation procedures. This is a land-based, full-time opportunity offering steady hours and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and package fresh and frozen food products (including shellfish)
  • Rotate through various positions on the production line including sorting, labeling, weighing, packing, sealing, loading, and unloading
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads and be flexible to shift tasks as needed
Work Environment & Conditions
  • Cold and wet production environment (temperatures as low as 40ยฐF)
  • Fast-paced, physically demanding environment requiring prolonged standing
  • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, humidity, and noise
  • You must not have known allergies to shellfish or other seafood products
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Regularly lift and move 25-50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs
  • Frequent use of hands and arms; occasional walking and stair climbing
Schedule & Availability
  • Available Shifts:
    • 1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
  • Extended hours and weekend work (including Saturday and Sunday) may be required during peak production periods
  • Must be dependable and able to meet all attendance requirements
