Beast Industries is building a portfolio of consumer brands at remarkable speed, and we're looking for a senior PR professional to be the in-house communications lead for our Consumer Goods & Services division. You'll report directly to the Chief Communications Officer and work in close day-to-day partnership with the President of Consumer Goods and VP of Marketing, Consumer Goods, spanning brands like Feastables, Sour Strikes, MrBeast Lab, and more. You'll also collaborate with an external PR agency, helping to direct and align their efforts alongside your own.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who brings deep consumer goods media relationships, a strong point of view, and the ability to move quickly when the moment calls for it. You will also partner with and help direct our external PR agency, ensuring consistent strategy and execution across every channel.
You will be the dedicated communications lead for Beast Industries' consumer business, a senior IC who operates at an executive-adjacent level, developing and driving PR strategy across multiple brands that builds equity, earns media attention, and amplifies everything our marketing and social teams are putting into the world. Your impact comes from your expertise and relationships, and your ability to think creatively and with urgency.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute proactive and reactive PR strategies across the full Beast Industries consumer goods portfolio
  • Monitor trends in food, retail, and consumer culture to identify timely opportunities for brand storytelling and media engagement
  • Secure coverage across consumer media, food and lifestyle publications, podcasts, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, content creators, and influencers in the consumer goods space
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure PR efforts align with and amplify broader campaign and social media activity
  • Develop press materials including pitches, press releases, and messaging frameworks
  • Direct and align our external agency partner on priorities and execution
  • Report on media coverage and PR impact to the CCO and key business stakeholders regularly
What You'll Bring
  • 6-10 years of PR experience with a strong focus on consumer goods, food & beverage, or CPG brands
  • Established relationships with consumer goods and food media journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and influencers
  • Proven experience executing both proactive campaigns and rapid-response PR in a consumer brand context
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of ownership
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Experience in-house at a consumer goods or food & beverage company, or at a PR agency specializing in CPG, is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with the creator economy and how traditional PR intersects with influencer and digital content strategies is a plus

Target total compensation ranges from $158,000 - $206,000, including a fixed annual salary of $118,000 - $160,000, an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.
