Kitchen Operations Manager
Pump & Crunch is seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Operations Manager to lead daily kitchen production, manage staff, and help scale our rapidly growing meal prep and catering business. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building systems and teams, and takes pride in operational excellence.
As Kitchen Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory, and leading a team of kitchen employees through weekly meal prep and catering production. You will play a key role in creating efficient workflows, training team members, reducing waste, and holding the team accountable to high standards.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead and manage kitchen staff during daily production
โ€ข Create and execute prep lists, production schedules, and workflow plans
โ€ข Ensure consistency, quality, and portion accuracy across all menu items
โ€ข Maintain and enforce food safety, sanitation, and temperature logging procedures
