Sodexo Live! est à la recherche d'un(e) gestionnaire des opérations pour soutenir l'Omnium Banque Nationale à Montréal. Ce poste est responsable de superviser l'ensemble des opérations de restauration et de boissons dans les concessions, restaurants et bars au sein d'un environnement événementiel dynamique à haut volume.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes et la dotation de personnel dans tous les points de service
  • Assurer des standards élevés de service, de qualité et de propreté
  • Encadrer les superviseurs et les équipes de première ligne
  • Soutenir le contrôle des coûts, la gestion des inventaires et l'exécution des opérations

Qualifications :

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des opérations (expérience en restauration ou en événementiel un atout)
