Job description

Reporting to our Manager of Media Services, you will support the development and execution of media plans that align with strategic business objectives. You will help translate campaign performance data into actionable insights, maintain planning tools and documentation, and serve as a trusted planning partner to activation teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will contribute to planning excellence by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across media planning workflows.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Support the development of media plans, channel allocation recommendations, and campaign phasing strategies.
  • Provide planning inputs, documentation, and coordination support to activation teams and agency partners.
  • Maintain planning trackers, budget files, timelines, and campaign documentation.
  • Ensure planning tools, templates, and reporting resources are current and accurately maintained.
  • Analyze campaign results to identify trends across channels, audiences, and creative assets.
  • Support post-campaign reporting and documentation of key learnings.
  • Maintain testing and learning trackers to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations for future planning efforts.
  • Support the consolidation and distribution of performance measurement insights.
  • Assist in updating planning materials and best practices based on campaign learnings.
  • Coordinate planning deliverables, timelines, and project documentation across teams.
  • Support meeting preparation, approval processes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain status updates and project trackers to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Help ensure alignment between planning, activation, and cross-functional partners.
  • Identify data discrepancies, escalate issues when appropriate, and support process improvements.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience in media planning, analytics, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on connecting performance results to planning recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, spreadsheets, and campaign data.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
