Job description

Join Adecco as a Machine Operator and play a vital role in our manufacturing team! We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to operate production equipment safely and efficiently. This position offers competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic work environment.

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Shift: 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday)

  • Overtime: Available as needed

  • Training: The first month of training will be conducted on 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) before transitioning to the 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and monitor production machinery and equipment

  • Assemble, inspect, and package products in accordance with quality standards

  • Observe production processes and promptly report any issues to supervisors

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures

  • Achieve daily production goals and performance targets

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years of machine operating experience preferred, but not required

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
