Job description

A General Manager/Operator is responsible for running day to day operations for the entire restaurant. Responsible for the entire P&L. Responsible for staffing and recruitment. On the shift, General Manager/Operators will be expected to work all positions in the store, supporting both the front and back of house. High proficiency in all positions is expected.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Service
? Providing excellent customer service during guests dining experience, from entry to the restaurant through departure and everything in between.
? Memorize the food and beverage menu at your location
? Can handle guest complaints in an efficient and effective manner
? Memorize steps of service for all FOH positions
? Standard bearer
? Able to work line positions to support team during the rush
Sanitation
? Maintain high food safety standards, including verification of temp checks, line checks, cooling logs, and other food safety materials
? Ability to complete internal health audits
? Maintain high cleanliness and quality standards in the entire restaurant
? Check food and equipment temperature to ensure food safety compliance
