Job Summary

Assembles patient meals, prepares cold food items and completes sanitation duties. Responsible for food preparation according to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. Completes warewashing tasks as directed. Develops positive relations with other team members and functions competently in team environment. Ensures completion of daily tasks according to established quality and service guidelines.


Required Qualifications

- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

- Prefer one (1) year experience in a hospitality service environment.
- Prefer verbal ability to read and understand written instructions, recipes, and labels.
