Dietary Helper

We are Regency Care of Central Oregon, a skilled nursing community centrally located in beautiful Bend, OR. We are looking for caring & compassionate individuals to join our team.

As a dietary helper, you ensure our residents' satisfaction at mealtimes. You'll prepare and plate meals, sanitize dishes, and maintain service areas following health code requirements.

You will:

  • Assist with food preparation
  • Know and follow resident orders and preferences
  • Maintain infection control standards
  • Wash and sanitize dishes
  • Relate and communicate appropriately with others

You currently:

  • Can obtain Food Handler's card
  • Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor
  • Lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Have compassion and interest in working with the senior population
