About the job
Team members are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through consistently providing friendly, responsive service, great food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests.
Guest services team members may work in a variety of positions such as: drive-thru attendant, front counter cashier, food bagger, hospitality services (indoors or outdoors), etc.
Responsibilities
  • Taking guest orders and payment
  • Assembling orders
  • Serving food and drinks to guests
  • Replenishing supplies and condiments
  • Maintaining a clean facility and dining experience (indoors and outdoors)
  • Ensuring a positive experience for all guests

Minimum qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Able to listen to and input guests' orders and read video monitors
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors
  • Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Able to stand and/or walk during shift and move freely throughout the restaurant, indoors and outdoors
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift and/or carry up to 75 pounds
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
