Description:

The Foodservice Analyst & Kitchen Support position is responsible for administrative purchasing, data analysis, POS support, and new location support for the Vice President, Director of Corporate Foodservice, Educational Foodservice, Sports Entertainment Foodservice, and Plum Market partnerships. This role supports Campus locations as needed and assists with new Foodservice openings.

This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate data, supporting cost controls, assisting with recipe and product management, and helping ensure Foodservice systems and processes are organized, consistent, and efficient.

What you will bring:

Previous chef or foodservice management experience.

Experience working with multiple POS systems, including but not limited to Toast, Square, and Xenial.

Program data management experience related to recipe hosting, nutritional analysis, and organizational software.

Experience controlling costs related to recipes, products, purchasing guides, and operational tools.

The ability to create training plans and oversee the training of Foodservice buyers and support teams.

The ability to create cost comparison worksheets and advise the Vice President and Directors of Foodservice on market trends.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to review data for accuracy, trends, and opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with Google Drive, SharePoint, and other data organization platforms.

What you will do:

Manage program data, including recipe hosting, nutritional analysis, Google Drive organization, and SharePoint organization for Corporate Foodservice, Educational Foodservice, Sports Entertainment Foodservice, and Plum Market partnerships.

Support POS system setup, updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Foodservice locations and partnerships.

Assist with POS menu builds, item maintenance, pricing updates, reporting, and system consistency across platforms, including Toast, Square, and Xenial.

Support cost control processes related to recipes, products, purchasing guides, and operational systems.

Prepare and review financial reporting, cost comparison worksheets, and other analysis to support Foodservice leadership.

Assist the Vice President and Directors of Foodservice by reviewing market trends, pricing changes, and product data.

Provide Campus Director support, including training, training material development, and operational system support.

Assist with new campus location openings, including setup support, training support, purchasing organization, POS coordination, and system readiness.

Work with Plum Market partners to support accurate data, organized processes, and consistent Foodservice execution.

Maintain strong communication with Foodservice leadership, Campus Directors, buyers, and support teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
