Director of Finance – Non-Profit Organization & Hybrid in DC!

About the Company and Opportunity:

  • Our client is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing education, professional excellence, and innovation within their field. Through leadership, advocacy, research, and strategic partnerships, they support institutions and professionals to strengthen outcomes and impact across communities nationwide.
  • Due to a vacancy, they are hiring a Director of Finance to work hybrid (1 day remote).
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 32 hour work week spread over 4-5 days (flexible!)
  • Pay: $88-90/hr depending on experience.

Overview of the Director of Finance role:

Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Finance:

  • Master’s degree preferred and CPA is a plus
  • Experience with Business Central/iMIS is a plus
  • Non-profit experience required
  • 5+ years of C-Suite/Director level experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
