This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. • Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and create comprehensive therapeutic plans.
• Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Document all therapy sessions and submit required documentation within 24 hours to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists during peer case consultations to refine treatment approaches and enhance overall client care.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate electronic records of client progress and treatment plans, utilizing our practice management software.

In this role, you will primarily work with adult individuals and couples, many of whom may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. This diverse patient population requires adaptability and a deep understanding of various therapeutic approaches to ensure successful outcomes. Your expertise will directly contribute to clients’ personal growth and mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• An active independent license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) is essential for this role.
• Proficiency with virtual therapy tools and platforms, particularly in conducting remote assessments and sessions.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting. Experience in telehealth therapy is strongly preferred, as it enhances your ability to connect with clients in a virtual environment. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic techniques and interventions will further enrich our team's approach to client care.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
