Internship Program | Digital Marketing Track
Program Overview
The Chamberlin + Associates Digital Marketing Internship gives Marketing and Communications students hands-on experience inside a high-volume, operationally driven property management company. Interns gain exposure to digital marketing operations, analytics, and website management, and portfolio performance across multifamily communities throughout Arizona.

Support 40% Lease-up support, market research, ad copy, property marketing coordination
Analytics & Reporting 25% Traffic source tracking, lead conversion analysis, marketing performance reporting
Digital Presence & Brand
Support 35% Website updates, online management, content coordination, photography assistance
What You'll Work On
• Lease-up campaign support for new and underperforming communities
• Competitive market analysis and positioning research
• Property marketing coordination including signage, flyers, and digital updates
• Traffic source and lead conversion reporting
• Manage ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)
• Coordinate photography and video coordination for property marketing
• Website content updates and reputation monitoring support
• Capstone project focused on digital marketing strategy or operational improvement recommendations
What We're Looking For
• Junior or Senior pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Interest in real estate, multifamily housing, or operations-driven marketing
• Analytical mindset with interest in performance metrics and reporting
