Job Title: Field Marketing & Sales Specialist 
Company: Mister Sparky of Ardmore & Levittown 
Location: Greater Philadelphia Area (Lower Bucks, Lower Montgomery, North Philadelphia) 
Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week) 
Schedule: 4–8 hours during weekdays, 12–16 hours on weekends or 20 hrs spread across the week 3-4 hrs a day. 
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour + Performance Pay (based on closed jobs) 
Earning Potential: Up to $50k+ for top performers 
This is a high-impact, field-based role where you will use local engagement/charity drives, educational awareness event and door to door to help homeowners improve the safety and efficiency of their homes.  
 
 
Role Overview 
If you are a people person who thrives in the community rather than behind a desk? Mister Sparky of Ardmore & Levittown is looking for Field Marketing & Sales Internship program to be the face of our residential electrical and smart home services. 
 
You’re not just selling—you’re educating homeowners and helping them make informed decisions about their electrical systems. First we will running community event , engagement and educational events and later do door to door.
 
What You’ll Be Doing 
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods offering free home safety inspections
  • Engage homeowners and educate them on electrical safety, EV chargers, backup generators, and smart home solutions
  • Deploy local marketing strategies including door hangers, flyers, and neighborhood campaigns
  • Represent the brand at community events, local fairs, and neighborhood activations
  • Build relationships with homeowners, landlords, and property managers
  • Generate leads and set appointments for service technicians
  • Track interactions and leads using company tools
  • Work closely with the office team to ensure proper booking and follow-up

Requirements
 
  • 1–3+ years in field sales, door-to-door (D2D), canvassing, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • High energy, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection
  • Strong communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Reliable transportation to cover assigned territory
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
