Were looking for a Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator to manage scheduling, patient communication, and care plan followthrough in a fastpaced clinical environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear systems, and helping people stay consistent with their care.
This position blends receptionist, scheduler, and care coordination responsibilities into one important role at the heart of the clinic.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Front Office Operations
- Serve as the primary front desk and phone contact
- Manage appointment booking, updates, and confirmations
- Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
- Keep daily flow organized so therapists stay on schedule
Scheduling & Patient Coordination
- Help patients schedule sessions based on therapist recommendations
- Support consistency and followthrough with ongoing care
- Explain appointment timing and frequency in simple, approachable language
Care Continuity Support
- Reinforce therapist care plans after appointments
- Assist patients with rebooking before they leave
- Help patients understand next steps without pressure or sales tactics
Clinic & Administrative Support
- Maintain front desk organization and shared spaces
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and daily operations
- Contribute to a calm, professional clinic atmosphere
This Position Is Great For Someone Who:
- Has receptionist, administrative, or scheduling experience
- Enjoys speaking with people and problemsolving on the fly

Helpful (but not required):
- Medical receptionist or clinic front desk experience
- Healthcare, PT, chiropractic, or massage environment exposure
- Call handling, scheduling software, or customer service background
Pay & Commission Structure
- Base Hourly Pay: $12$15/hr
- Commission Eligible Role
- Total Earnings Potential: Up to $30/hr (base + performance incentives)
