Job description

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Administrator ? Level 1 to support enterprise SharePoint environments for a mission-critical federal program. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, securing, optimizing, and maintaining SharePoint platforms while supporting migrations, automation initiatives, and enterprise collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer SharePoint farms, servers, web applications, and content databases.
  • Manage SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
  • Configure permissions, security controls, and governance processes.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and forms.
  • Perform migrations using tools such as DocAve, Fly, and Nintex.
  • Utilize PowerShell to automate administrative tasks.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and support system upgrades and patching.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve collaboration and business processes.

Required Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
  • 10+ years of SharePoint and Windows administration experience.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and migration tools.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • CompTIA Security+ and DoD 8570 IAT II certification required.
