• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on solution-focused interventions and evidence-based practices tailored to each client's situation.
• Implement therapeutic strategies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring a diverse toolkit to support a variety of mental health conditions.
• Keep accurate and confidential records of patient progress, in strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists in case consultations to enhance care quality.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatments, and available community resources for reinforcement of care.
• Engage in professional development through staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in mental health.
• Manage a full caseload of clients, ensuring timely interventions and adherence to professional standards set by your licensing board.

You will work with a diverse clientele seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, allowing you to apply your skills in nuanced ways that respect and address individual differences. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients carve pathways to recovery and improved emotional health.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maryland.
• Proficiency in evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively address client needs.
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, valuing the contributions of colleagues while fostering a supportive community.

We prefer candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, providing exposure to various therapeutic modalities and populations. Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques will be beneficial for this role.
