Position
Lounge Staff (Customer Service)
Job Overview
We are looking for friendly and service-oriented Lounge Staff to join our team in Hawaii. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service in a relaxed yet professional lounge environment. You will support guests visiting the lounge and assist with daily operations.
Work Location
  • Waikiki
  • Ala Moana
  • Candidates must be able to work at both locations.
Salary
USD $19-21 per hour
Compensation will be determined based on skills and experience.
Working Hours
Shift-based schedule according to lounge operating hours (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
* Part-time considerable.
  • Early Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break included)
  • Late Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM (1-hour break included)
Please note that working hours may be subject to change.
Job Responsibilities
Main Duties: Lounge Operations
  • Welcoming and assisting guests at the lounge reception
  • Maintaining the lounge environment (cleaning, organizing, restocking supplies)
  • Handling stroller and umbrella rentals, as well as luggage storage
  • Data entry and simple reporting tasks using Excel or similar tools
Additional Duties: Customer Inquiries & Support
  • Providing information on campaigns and promotions
  • Distributing and explaining promotional materials
  • Assisting customers with credit card theft or loss, including immediate reissuance support
  • Explaining credit card usage, reward points, and overseas travel insurance/benefits
Qualifications
  • Able to work at both Waikiki and Ala Moana locations
  • Transportation allowance provided (bus pass or parking reimbursement, up to a limit)
  • Availability to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday is highly preferred)
  • Flexible to work both early and late shifts
  • Available for full-time work (5 days per week) preferred but Part-time can be considered
  • Bilingual: Fluent Japanese and conversational English
  • Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
  • Candidates with OPT (recently started or starting soon) are welcome to apply
