Location: Seattle, WA 98101.
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099).
Pay Rate: $60/ hr.
Schedule: 10/6 Dayshift.
Job Description:
A mobile workplace vaccination employee wellness event in Seattle, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to administer COVID-19 and Flu vaccines during scheduled onsite clinic events.
This role includes preparing the mobile clinic workspace, administering vaccines, documenting services, and supporting a smooth patient experience in a professional corporate environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced corporate setting while providing professional and patient-focused care.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and prepare the mobile vaccine workspace within a professional corporate environment.
  • Administer Covid and/or Flu vaccines in accordance with clinical protocols.
  • Review patient information and confirm readiness for vaccination.
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately if needed.
  • Document vaccine administration accurately in the required system.
  • Maintain proper infection control and vaccine handling procedures.
  • Provide patient education regarding vaccine process and follow-up guidance.
  • Support efficient patient flow during scheduled clinic operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Requirements:
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
  • Active CPR (BLS or ACLS) Certification required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience administering vaccines. Covid and Flu vaccine administration experience preferred.
  • Customer service-oriented, able to work independently, have great 'bedside' manner.
  • Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Experience with high volume vaccinations, emergency rooms, and/or other fast paced environments a plus.
  • Must bring a personal laptop or tablet to each shift to complete electronic charting and documentation.
  • Ability to reliable commute to Seattle, WA.
