As a Flu Clinic RN Per Diem, you may encounter challenges such as fluctuating work hours, rapidly changing patient volumes, and adapting quickly to different clinic protocols. Managing these challenges requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and team members. Staying updated on vaccination guidelines and maintaining efficient workflow during peak flu season are also key to success in this role. These competencies ensure safe, effective vaccine administration and positive patient experiences during busy flu clinic operations.
