Overview: The Sales Manager is responsible for jointly leading the commercial growth strategy for Flowco’s integrated products & services (IPS) business across assigned districts. This individual will develop and lead a high-performing sales team focused on expanding market share, increasing recurring service revenue, and positioning Flowco as the preferred production optimization partner for oil and gas operators.

The Sales Manager will work closely with the Technical Sales group, Operations, Engineering, Applications, Digital Solutions, and Executive Leadership to align sales strategies, develop customer-focused solutions utilizing Flowco’s portfolio of production technologies including:

  • Gas Lift Optimization Systems
  • High Pressure Gas Lift Optimization (HPGL) Systems
  • Plunger Lift Optimization Systems
  • Capillary Services and Spooling
  • ESP Spooling Services
  • Electronic Downhole Guage Systems
  • Production Optimization Software & Analytics
