Summary: 
  • The Warehouse Colleague plays a critical role in delivering products that support the discovery, healthcare, and education.
  • This position supports daily warehouse operations by processing customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and dependability.
  • The role contributes directly to making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. 
Responsibilities 
  • Process customer orders daily to meet delivery and quality expectations. 
  • Perform warehouse tasks across one or more process paths, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. 
  • Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures. 
  • Complete required documentation for hazardous material shipments. 
  • Ensure inventory is stored properly and safely. 
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient warehouse operations. 
Required Skills 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of general warehouse experience. 
  • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., order pickers). 
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods, including walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to read and write in English. 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
