Overview:

Full-time position: Hours 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday – Friday) Overtime when needed and approved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Learn how to keep basic inventory and do basic inventory counts.
  • Learn how to deliver products to the lines.
  • Assist with the receiving of stock items.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials to the Hardware Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Assist with inventory organization, rotating of production goods and upkeep of empty glass racks as instructed.
  • Assist with inventory labeling and location control to support FIFO (First In First Out) and efficient material flow.
  • Assist with the distribution of hardware/goods for assigned projects as instructed.
  • Prior data entry experience using inventory software.
  • Must be hands-on and take initiative.
  • Maintain organized and clean storage areas, racks and staging carts.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Must have a willingness to learn
  • The ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
  • Apply health and safety practices
