Job description

WANTED - FULL TIME PROFESSIONAL FLOORING INSTALLER $70,000 - $100,000 PER YEAR (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED).
We are looking for serious - long term - professional flooring installers that have proven experience in Hardwood and Laminate flooring to service the PERRYSBURG and surrounding markets.
We only have 2 full time positions open. We also have part-time/on-call positions available for installers that want to work part-time or need fill in work. We will hire licensed subcontractors and we will also hire unlicensed employee installers who can work under our license (either is fine).
Our company is a licensed professional residential flooring installation contractor in business for nearly 20 years with thousands of reviews and highly qualified installers.
If you are tired of working for dishonest employers who over promise you work, make you come to the warehouse to wait in line with 20 other installers and then only give you work 3 days per week then here is what we have to offer you:
* Full time work 5-6 days per week
* Ability to REALLY make $70,000 - $100,000 annually
* Dispatch from your home (you don’t come into our office ever)
* All supplies (nails, glue, transitions, tape, plastic, saw blade, caulking, etc) included and already at the job site (residential installations)
* We measure all of the jobs (and double check every measure - very few measure mistakes) - no wasted time on measure errors
* Direct deposit every week
* Pay rate increases annually with paid vacation after 1st year
* 401k retirement (for W2 employees)
* Professional Full time office staff available to assist
* Work scheduled out for 2 weeks on average
REQUIREMENTS: you must have proven hardwood flooring installation experience or you will not be considered. Background checks and valid drivers license required.
