In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our installation department, ensuring smooth operations, managing a talented team of installers, and driving top-notch customer experiences. What You’ll Do

The Installation Manager has a variety of duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead the Team: Manage scheduling, assign installers, and oversee the daily operations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are happy by resolving issues swiftly and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Site Inspections: Regularly inspect job sites to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Payroll Management: Approve and submit weekly payroll for installers.
  • Recruitment: Onboard new installers to strengthen our team.
  • Operational Excellence: Support achieving customer satisfaction and compliance goals.
