Job description

Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies, since 1934! We are looking for a motivated, reliable, Installation Manager to join our team! If you are looking for a company where you are part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!
$50,000 to $55,000, salary based on experience.
POSITION SUMMARY:
To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region
  • Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process
  • Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result
  • Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer
  • Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needs
  • Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Have earned a Highschool Diploma or equivalent
2. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
3. Must have exceptional customer services skills
4. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
5. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
6. Be able to work independently and problem solve
