About the Role
As the Installation Manager, you'll use your project management skills to lead and support our installation team-making sure every job is scheduled, staffed, and executed with precision. You'll be the driving force behind smooth operations, quality control, and team development, helping us deliver top-tier flooring experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Installation Team to reach peak performance.
  • Manage daily installation schedules, ensuring jobs are staffed and completed efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold quality and resolve issues promptly.
  • Facilitate Installer training, certification, and ongoing development.
  • Support the sales team by assisting with appointments and customer interactions when needed.
  • Communicate proactively with Installers to keep everyone aligned and equipped.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and outstanding customer service.
