Flooring Installer - Commercial


Location: Indianapolis, IN (46248)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Installer to join our team. This position is based out of the Indianapolis area but requires travel to commercial job sites throughout Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience installing a variety of commercial flooring products and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities
  • Install commercial flooring materials including:
    • Carpet Tile
    • LVT/LVP
    • Sheet Vinyl
  • Prepare subfloors and surfaces for installation.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications.
  • Operate installation tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work independently and alongside team members to complete projects on schedule.
  • Travel to job sites throughout Indiana as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial flooring installation experience required.
  • Experience installing carpet tile, LVT/LVP, and sheet vinyl.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move flooring materials and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Reliable transportation.
Requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to pass an MVR check.
