Job description

Sheet Goods Flooring Installer - Mid-Level / Skilled Craftsman
Pay from $23-28 per hour + bonus opportunities and Per Diem
Bring Your Skills. Learn From the Best. Keep Growing Your Craft.
We are looking for a Mid-Level to Skilled Flooring Installer to join a specialized 3-person Sheet Goods installation team.
If you already have sheet goods experience, we absolutely want to talk to you. However, we are also interested in experienced flooring installers or craftsmen who have a strong foundation and want to develop their skills in commercial sheet goods installation.
You'll work directly alongside one of the industry's best installers on challenging commercial projects throughout Indiana.
What You'll Work On
Our team installs commercial flooring in environments such as:
  • Hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Gyms and fitness centers
  • Schools and educational facilities
  • Commercial buildings
  • Specialty facilities throughout Indiana

This isn't production residential flooring. You'll be learning and performing a specialized commercial flooring craft where quality, detail, and workmanship matter.
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates will have experience with some combination of:
  • Commercial sheet goods
  • Vinyl flooring
  • LVT/LVP
  • Rubber flooring
  • Flooring removal and floor preparation
  • Adhesives and installation systems
  • Layout, cutting, fitting, and finishing
  • Heat welding or commercial seams
  • Commercial flooring installation

Sheet goods experience is strongly preferred, but it is not an absolute requirement. If you're already a solid flooring installer and have the ability and desire to learn sheet goods, we're willing to invest in you.
What Matters to Us
We're looking for a craftsman who:
  • Takes pride in their finished product
  • Wants to continue learning
  • Works well as part of a small, highly skilled team
  • Understands that details matter
  • Is dependable and professional
  • Can take instruction while also working independently
  • Wants to become better at their craft
  • Is willing to travel throughout Indiana
Requirements
  • Previous flooring or related skilled-trades experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to travel throughout Indiana
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of commercial flooring installation
  • Strong attendance and reliability
Join a Team That Takes the Craft Seriously
We're not looking for someone who simply wants another construction job.
We're looking for someone who wants to become an exceptional flooring installer.
You'll be part of a 3-person team, working alongside an installer with extensive industry knowledge and getting the opportunity to sharpen your skills on commercial projects across Indiana.
If you already know sheet goods, we want your experience.
If you're a strong flooring installer who wants to learn sheet goods, we'll help you develop that skill.
Bring your work ethic, your craftsmanship, and your willingness to learn. We'll provide the opportunity to grow.
