You’re passionate about quality! You have recent Construction and Supervisory experience working directly with clients & labor on-site while overseeing project(s) which is key to our success! Attention to detail and exceptional customer service set you apart.

What is expected

  • Serve as liaison between Cornerstone management team, client, and field workers.
  • Track materials for jobs and confirm all needed equipment is on site prior to crew arrival. Ensure equipment and materials are available on-site at all times.
  • Facilitate kick off meetings with crew & client prior to project start.
  • Oversee performance to make sure all specifications and regulations are being followed. Supervise crew members, review performance and conduct.
  • Responsible for proper administration of installation contracts to ensure agreement with original quote.
  • Confirm best safety practices are being followed and correct any safety violations and related issues.
  • Track and control project schedule and associated costs by recommending change orders for approval as needed.
  • DAILY reports to Cornerstone Management & Sales teams detailing progress as it aligns with the original projected costs/timeline.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years recent on-site project management & supervisory experience in Construction is preferred.
  • Construction Management degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on experience reading & interpreting blueprints, construction plans and layouts.
  • DRUG SCREEN and BACKGROUND CHECK are required.
  • MUST have current, valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
  • OSHA 30 certified, or willing to become certified.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Construction Management software.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is strongly preferred, but not required.
