About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented IT professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting that deliver actionable insights for finance. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, transform data into meaningful visualizations, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in SQL, traditional MSBI tools, Power BI, and foundational to intermediate knowledge of Azure data services. Experience working in agile environments and building cloud-based data solutions is highly desirable. Exposure to Floor Plan/Inventory Finance analytics is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and support BI solutions built on MSBI stack (SSIS, SSRS) and Power BI.
  • Develop and support data solutions created using Azure services like Azure Data factory and storage
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflow and reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions.
  • Manage tasks and issues using JIRA; maintain version control using GIT.
  • Support analytics related to Floor Plan/Inventory Finance optimization.
  • Stay current with Azure SQL, Power BI, Azure data services, and Power Platform updates and best practices.


Required Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with MSBI stack (SSIS, SSRS) and modern ETL/ELT tools.
  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization.
  • · Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals, including core concepts like subscriptions, resource groups, identity, and access management.
  • Hands-on or working knowledge of Azure data services, including:
  • Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestration and pipelines
  • Azure SQL Database / SQL Managed Instance
  • Azure Blob Storage / Azure Data Lake Storage
  • Familiarity with JIRA and GIT.
  • Experience using developer productivity and AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) to accelerate development, with an understanding of best practices, validation, and responsible usage.
  • Exposure to Floor Plan/Inventory Finance analytics is a plus.
