St. Marks HospitalSalk Lake City, Utah7:00AM-7:00PMICU (650) ST MARKS Location: ICU Address: 1200 East 3900 South Salt Lake City, Utah Unit: ICU (650) General Information Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds - 24 • Number of Staff - 46 • Patient Ratios : 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT, open hearts) • Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 CCT/US during day shift if > 10 patients • Documentation system: EPIC • Scheduling requirements: Straight nights or 50/50 • Floating policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient Typical hiring profile Must have: • 2 years of ICU experience, will consider 1 year strong experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): • Rapid Sequence Intubations • Central line placements • Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills.
