Receptionist

We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist.

Schedule: Part Time

Week 1 M-TH, Week 2 Tues-Fri 10am - 3:30pm

Salary: $16.00-$17.00/hour - based on experience

Receptionist Responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact at the Communities for our customers through telephone and in-person communications
  • Graciously greeting community residents, visitors, and family members, addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and providing support to sales and marketing and the business office
  • Positively interacting with all visitors, current, and prospective residents
  • Professional and able to effectively communicate with senior residents

Receptionist Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred
  • Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position preferred
